Baton Rouge, LA, October 8, 2020 – Brew Properties announced in October that BRP Construction LLC has been awarded the company’s latest commercial office building project. Located in the Perkins 8 Development on Perkins Road in Baton Rouge, the 3,000 sq ft commercial office building will serve as the new home office for local advertising agency, Brew Agency. The project is anticipated to break ground in February 2021 with project completion expected in August 2021.

The LSLBC Building Construction classification refers to the erection of building structures and related landscaping, earthwork, parking areas, driveways, sidewalks, etc. Includes construction of parks, recreational facilities, golf courses, subdivision site work, cemeteries, mausoleums, swimming pools, and the raising, leveling and the moving of houses and other structures. Powell has directly supervised up to 80 employees at one time, directed subcontractors with over 400 employees and managed various disciplines up to $65 million dollars in contract value. His experience at the superintendent level and across various construction management projects brings the highest standard of quality and safety to any size project.
